1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg (12 oz) Green Giant™ Fresh Shredded Brussels Sprouts
1 cup shredded Cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend (4 oz)
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13” x 9” (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In small bowl, stir cream cheese, cream and mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in Brussels sprouts, 1/2 cup of the cheese blend, onions and salt until well blended. Evenly spread Brussels sprout mixture into baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese blend. Bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
