2 Tbsp Sambal chili paste 1/4 cup hot water 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 bag (10.5 oz) Green Giant™ Fresh Sweet Potato Noodles 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped 1/2 cup bean sprouts 2 Tbsp dry roasted peanuts, chopped
In small bowl, combine chili paste and water. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in 10” nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add sweet potato noodles; cook 4-5 minutes or until noodles start to brown. Stir in chili paste and water until well mixed. Cover; reduce heat to low, cook 3-4 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Increase heat to medium-high, stir in egg, onion and bean sprouts. Cook until egg is cooked through. Sprinkle with peanuts.
