Toss mushrooms and french beans in olive oil. Add thyme, salt and pepper and place on baking sheet in a single layer
Roast mushrooms and french beans in a preheated 400°F oven until they start to caramelize, about 20 minutes. Be sure to rotate halfway through
Toss veggies in dressing and top with blue cheese. Enjoy!
