Carrot Noodles with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

1 bag (10.5 oz) Green Giantâ„¢ Fresh Carrot Noodles
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, chopped

Directions

 

  1. In medium bowl, beat peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, oil and ginger with wire whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in carrot noodles. Toss with 2 forks until combined. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

For added protein, serve with grilled chicken breasts.
