Collection of Information

We collect information you provide us on servers located in the United States. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails and text messages from GE by following the instructions in those communications or by contacting GE customer care at [email protected]. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails.

Location Information. You also have the ability to turn location-based services on and off by adjusting the settings of your Internet browser or mobile device, or by following the standard uninstall process and removing all GE applications, if any, from your mobile device.

Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision in this Privacy Policy, you may not be permitted to withdraw your permission or consent to certain necessary uses and disclosures of your Personal Information, for example, but not limited to, providing product recall announcements and services, maintaining reasonable business and transaction records, and disclosures required by applicable laws.
