Ingredients

Prep Time: 15 min
Makes: 10 (1-cup) servings

Vinaigrette
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 Green Giant® Fresh green onions, chopped
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon poppy seed


Salad
8 cups torn Green Giant® Fresh romaine lettuce (about 2/3 head)
1 cup cubed honeydew melon
1 cup cubed Green Giant® Fresh cantaloupe
1 cup halved Green Giant® Fresh strawberries

Preparation Directions

1. In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine orange juice, vinegar, onions, sugar and salt. Cover; blend well. With machine running, slowly add oil, blending until thick and smooth. Add poppy seed; blend a few seconds to mix.
2. In large serving bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss to mix. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
