Ingredients
1 lb Green Giant® Fresh Asparagus
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 Green Giant® Fresh lemon (cut into wedges)
Preparation Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan, using pastry brush paint the spears with oil.
Roast until tender but still crisp – about 8 – 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of stalks.
Turn spears occasionally for even cooking and to avoid browning.
Place Asparagus spears on a serving platter, sprinkle with cheese and serve with a lemon wedge.
