Two American Classics Team Up to Spin Heads
Green Giant Fresh® Premium Iceberg Lettuce and Betty Crocker® Bac~Os® Launch New Promotion Beginning May 21

Minneapolis, MN – May 3, 2007 – The Sholl Group II, a pioneer in the fresh produce industry, and General Mills, a leading global manufacturer and marketer of consumer foods products, today announced the launch of a new spring promotion that combines two American classics – Green Giant Fresh® iceberg lettuce and Betty Crocker® Bac~Os®. The program is a 55 cent Instant Redeemable Coupon (IRC) that will be affixed to each wrapped head of Green Giant Fresh iceberg lettuce. The coupon will offer instant savings on Green Giant Fresh iceberg lettuce with the purchase of any Betty Crocker Bac~Os product – bacon-flavored bits and chips made with soy that can be sprinkled on salads, vegetables, soups and casseroles. This first-time promotion will begin Monday, May 21 and run through Saturday, June 30 and will be available at select grocery retail stores nationwide. Minneapolis, MN - October 4, 2006 Grower’s Express of Salinas California is one of several companies licensed to pack a variety of fresh produce products under the Green Giant Fresh brand. Spinach, however, is not one of the products covered under the Grower’s Express agreement with The Sholl Group II a Minneapolis based company and holder of the master Green Giant Fresh license from General Mills Inc.

Within the past year Grower’s Express has elected to include reference to the Green Giant Fresh brand in its marketing logo resulting in the “Green Giant Fresh by Grower’s Express” signs and symbols seen in the market.

The Sholl Group II is a privately held company based in Eden Prairie MN. The Sholl Group II holds a license from General Mills Inc. under which it has exclusive use of the Green Giant Fresh brand in North America.

Potandon Produce forms a partnership with Murakami Produce Co., LLC

IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO - January 2nd, 2006- Potandon Produce L.L.C., exclusive marketer of Green Giant Fresh potatoes and onions in North America, and Murakami Produce Co., LLC jointly announced today a partnership of their sales operations. Potandon will become the sales agent for Murakami Produce Co., LLC, effective January 1, 2006. Potandon will employ Murakami Produce Co., LLC's sales and customer service employees.
