Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime peel (from Green Giant® Fresh lime)
3 tablespoons lime juice (from Green Giant® Fresh lime)
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
4 medium Green Giant® Fresh oranges, peeled, sectioned
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 cup halved Green Giant® Fresh strawberries
1 cup Green Giant® Fresh seedless green or red grapes, halved
Preparation Directions
1. In 1-quart saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in lime peel, lime juice and gingerroot.
2. In large bowl, mix oranges, bananas, strawberries and grapes. Pour lime mixture over fruit; toss gently. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
