Ingredients
Dressing:
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
Salad:
6 cups finely shredded Green Giant® Fresh cabbage
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1 Green Giant® Fresh green onion, thinly sliced
1 (3-oz.) pkg. chicken or oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
3 tablespoons sliced or chopped almonds, toasted
2 teaspoons sesame seed, toasted
Preparation Directions
1. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well.
2. In large bowl, combine cabbage, chicken and onion; toss to mix. Crumble ramen noodles; discard seasoning packet or reserve for a later use. Add noodles, almonds and sesame seed to cabbage mixture. Add dressing; toss to coat.
