Serves: 6 (1/2 cup each)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups Green Giant® Fresh Sweet Baby Broccoli™ florets
1 1/2 cups Green Giant® Fresh cauliflower florets
1 cup julienne-cut (2x1/4x1/4-inch) Green Giant® Fresh carrots or 1 cup Green Giant® Fresh Sweet Fixin’s™ Julienne Cut Carrots
1/2 Green Giant® Fresh red bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation Directions
1. In 10-inch skillet or wok, melt butter over medium heat. Add Sweet Baby Broccoli™, cauliflower and carrots; stir to coat with butter. Cover; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in bell pepper, garlic, thyme, basil and salt. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
