4 large Green Giant® Fresh Idaho potatoes, washed
1 package (12 oz) Green Giant® Fresh Sauced Steam Vegetable Medley with Cheese Sauce
3 to 4 Green Giant® Fresh green onions, diced
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation Directions
1. Bake potatoes in microwave or oven until soft. Prepare Green Giant® Fresh Sauced Vegetable Medley as directed on package. Gently rotate package several times after cooking to distribute cheese sauce evenly over the vegetables.
2. Place potato on a plate; cut open lengthwise down the center. Spoon vegetables and sauce over top of potato; sprinkle with onion and cheese. Repeat with remaining potatoes. Serve hot.
Variations: Top Vegetable Medley with bacon bits or fresh herbs. Add pieces of grilled chicken or beef to potatoes
