Ingredients

Serves: 6

1 package (12 oz) Green Giant® Fresh Sauced Steam Green Beans with Garlic Butter
2 cans (3 oz each) chunk chicken, drained
1/2 medium Green Giant® Fresh onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise, light mayonnaise, or Miracle Whip
1/2 medium Green Giant® Fresh summer squash, diced
1/4 cup black olives, halved
1 pint Green Giant® Fresh grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, halved
6 flour tortillas (7 to 8 inches)

Preparation Directions

1. Prepare Green Giant® Fresh Sauced Steam Green Beans with Garlic Butter as directed on package. Gently rotate package several times after cooking to distribute sauce evenly over the vegetables. Pour vegetables and sauce into large mixing bowl. Add chicken, onion, ¼ cup of the mayonnaise, summer squash, black olives, and tomatoes; mix well. Set aside.
2. Spread 2 teaspoons of the remaining mayonnaise across each tortilla. Fill tortilla with chicken and vegetable mixture and roll into cylinders. Cut in half for easier handling.

Variations: Whole grain or herb tortillas may be used in place of plain flour tortillas. Try substituting canned tuna for canned chicken, or feta-stuffed olives instead of regular black olives.
