1 bunch Green Giant® Fresh Sweet Baby Broccoli™
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon sliced fresh gingerroot
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation Directions
1. Wash broccoli; cut into 3-inch pieces. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter. Cook and stir ginger and garlic about 1 minute or until soft. Add broccoli, salt and vinegar. Cook and stir over medium-low heat, about 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
2. Top broccoli with toasted sesame seeds; serve immediately.
