Ingredients
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 lb Green Giant® Fresh Carrots, cut into 2x1/4-inch strips
2 medium stalks Green Giant® Fresh Celery, sliced (1 cup)
2 medium Green Giant® Fresh Green Onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
Preparation Directions
1.) In 2-quart saucepan, heat broth to boiling. Add remaining ingredients except parsley and dill weed. Cover; reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are crisp-tender; drain.
2.) Sprinkle with parsley and dill weed. Enjoy!
