Ingredients
1 small Green Giant® Fresh orange
1 bag (12 oz) fresh or frozen cranberries (3 cups)
1/4 cup sugar
Preparation Directions
1. Cut unpeeled orange into 8 pieces. In food processor, place orange pieces, cranberries and sugar. Cover; process with on-and-off pulses until finely chopped.*
2. Spoon cranberry mixture into nonmetal container. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Tip: To prepare relish in blender, grind half of ingredients at a time.
