Ingredients

1 cup uncooked orzo or rosamarina pasta (6 oz)
1/2 lb Green Giant® Fresh asparagus spears (6 to 10 spears), trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (4 medium)
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
Preparation Directions
1. Cook orzo as directed on package, adding asparagus during last 2 to 4 minutes of cooking time; cook until orzo and asparagus are tender. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
2. In large bowl, gently toss cooked orzo with asparagus and remaining ingredients to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
