1/3 cup uncooked bulgur
1 large Green Giant® Fresh orange, peeled and chopped (3/4 cup)
1 medium Green Giant® Fresh onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 small Green Giant® Fresh tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice from a Green Giant® Fresh lemon
2 teaspoons grated orange peel from a Green Giant® Fresh orange
2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation Directions
1. Cook bulgur as directed on package--except omit salt. In glass or plastic bowl, toss bulgur and all remaining ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
