Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt
1 lb Green Giant® Fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds, finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons whipping cream
2 tablespoons chili sauce
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Preparation Directions
1. In 10-inch skillet, heat 3/4 inch water with salt to boiling. Add asparagus; cover and cook 2 minutes. Drain. Immediately plunge asparagus into bowl of ice water to cool; drain on paper towels.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix almonds, mayonnaise, cream, chili sauce and hot pepper sauce until well blended. Spoon into small serving bowl.
3. Arrange asparagus on serving platter. Sprinkle parsley over dip.
